Design Brief
Choose a nonprofit organization of our choice and create a summer festival identity that aligns with their mission and goals. I chose the HALO Foundation, which supports at-risk youth by providing a fun, safe environment with special events and festivals each year.
Inspiration
This particular event takes place at Liberty Memorial Park in Kansas City, KS. I decided to create an outgoing and lighthearted identity that would be suitable for a HALO event. This was achieved by utilizing a vibrant color palette along with creative illustrations and typography.
I aimed for a large, easy-to-read map by incorporating straightforward numbering and large icons.
